Complaints

The smelting procedure and the manual processing of lighting fixtures and lampshades entails some deficiencies, discoloration, distortions and changes in the strength of the glass. Each lampshade is the result of the master's own work. Minor defects and occasional air bubbles appearing on the glass confirm the hand-made lighting fixtures.

 

Light sources (so-called starters) attached to the products are not covered by the warranty.

 

MAXLIGHT LAMPS MANUFACTURER'S SHOP is responsible for the quality of the products offered on the basis of the applicable provisions on warranty and guarantee. This liability does not cover damage caused by using the product inconsistently with its intended use, mechanical damage to the product, damage caused by the lack of or inadequate maintenance and care for the cleanliness of the product, damage caused by installation inconsistent with the instructions and resulting from natural wear and tear of the product components.

MAXLIGHT LAMPS MANUFACTURER'S SHOP is not responsible for any damage caused by installation inconsistent with the instructions, which prevents easy disassembly of the products.

Before accepting the parcel, we recommend that you check that it has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging carries visible external damage, we advise that you refuse delivery of the package, and then contact us by telephone on +48 882 087 634.

After paying the collection amount and receipt of receipt of the package, it is possible to open the package in the presence of the courier - in the event of non-compliance, we recommend that you draw up a discrepancy report, which is the basis for a subsequent complaint.

If the purchased product turns out to have manufacturing defects or is not as described, please follow the complaint procedure below:

Send us the product you want to make a complaint, attaching to it a written statement in which you describe the detailed reasons for the complaint, the form of compensation, as well as the return address and account number to which the refund will be made (depending on the decision made by the store).

Within 14 days of receiving the package, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone about the result of the complaint procedure.

If the complaint is considered positively, within 7 working days from the date of making the decision, we will compensate the costs incurred by you by: repairing the advertised product or sending a new copy of the product or refund.

If the complaint is found to be unjustified, we will provide you with a detailed justification of the decision made and within 14 working days, we will send the product back at our expense. In the case of payment by a payment card, the refund will be made to the card.

Returning products

In accordance with the applicable regulations, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods, you have the right to return them without giving any reasons as part of withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with the general rules resulting from the provisions on concluding distance contracts. This applies only to consumer sales, i.e. sales to a natural person who makes a purchase for purposes not related to professional or business activity, and also sales to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his business activity, when the content of this contract shows that he does not have a persons of a professional nature, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.

To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, please inform us about your decision by sending an unequivocal statement to the following address: [email protected], providing the bank account number along with the name and surname of the owner. The money will be refunded to the attached account number within 14 days. In the case of payment by a payment card, the refund will be made to the card. You are obliged to return the item immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which the contract was withdrawn. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the items before its expiry. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the items back or provide proof that they have been sent back.

If a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method has been chosen, it does not
